Iota Phi Lambda Nationally
Founded in 1929, Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. is the first African-American Greek-lettered business and professional sorority. With a mission to elevate the status of women in business and encourage entrepreneurship, Iota has empowered generations of women through education, mentorship, and service.
As part of this national sisterhood, the Southwestern Region proudly upholds that mission across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas, supporting chapters that are committed to leadership, business excellence, and meaningful community impact.
